Our Products
Inherent Characteristics of MDPE such as corrosion & crack resistant, tough and flexible makes polyethylene piping systems the most preferred means for transportation and distribution of water, petrol and natural gases world wide.
MATERIAL : |
The raw material used is medium density poly Ethylene (MDPE). Gangotri pipes manufactures pipes in grades PE-80 & PE-100 for gas applications in sizes 20mm to 250 mm (outer diameter) in all pressure ratings. Traditionally these pipes are identified by its color for different uses like blue for water, orange for petrol, and yellow for gas lines. |
SPECIFICATIONS : |
Aaram manufactures MDPE pipes which confirms to national and international standards as lSO-4437, ISO-4427, IS-14882, BS-7281, DIN-8074/75. Gangotri pipes can also be tailor made to meet the specific requirement of individual gas authorities or customers. |
This pipe is made of un-plastisized poly vinyl chloride (uPVC).It is a versatile plastic having an excellent combination of strength, chemical inertness and fine resistance, which gives optimum performance at very low and very high temperatures like less than 0 to 50.
ADVANTAGES : |
Reliable leak proof joints. Can absorb linear expansion and contraction.Easy and convenient installation. No need of solvent cementCorrosion, Chemical and Biological resistant. Ensures pure water flow.Cab be tested immediately after installation. Saves pipe line commissioning time.Flexible. Can accommodate slight soil movement and also tolerate small gradients. The rubber ring is termite resistant.Smoother bore in comparison to Cement and GI pipes, which allows free flow of water.Light weight reduces the transportation cost, installation cost and handling costs.Seamless strong and resilient. |
APPLICATIONS : |
For waterline and Sewer line in infrastructure work, for disposal of garbage and for irrigation. |
PRODUCT RANGE : |
Available in sizes of outer Dia 63mm to 315mm in pressure rating of 2.5 kg/cm2 , 4kg/cm2, 6kg/cm2 , 8kg/cm2 , 10kg/cm2 , 12.5kg/cm2 |
