We offer you a Descaling Machine, developed specifically for cleaning and washing heat exchangers, various closed fluid circuits or cooling channels for mold-forming moulds. This device is specially designed for cleaning / washing heat exchangers, Molds and other closed systems from scale, various organic deposits and rust. Cleaning of heat exchangers is achieved by alternating circulation through a closed system of 10-15% solution of a special cleaning liquid.
Installation is specially designed for cleaning Heat Exchangers from mineral deposits, scale and rust. Regular chemical cleaning and washing of heat exchangers with the help of acidic agents allows to restore the efficiency of heat exchange, energy cost overrun and considerably prolongs the service life of the equipment without major repairs.
The heat exchanger is a critical element in the process of the enterprise, which affects the operation of the main equipment. It is necessary to regularly clean heat exchangers of all types from deposits, scale, dirt and micro-organisms. Timely chemical cleaning and flushing of heat exchangers significantly extends the service life, and is much cheaper than the overhaul of the heat exchanger.
