Manufacture:The saw bodies are made from special steel, heat, treated abd parallel ground, High quality tngsten carbide tips are then ground on high precision machines to accurate tooth geometry, each blade is balanced, tensioned and straightened for optimum performance.
For the manufacture of diamond segmented circular saw blades.
Manufacture:The steel centres conform to FEPA standards and are made from special steel, precisely heat treated to 44 HRC, parallel ground, scientifically straightened and tensioned by skilled saw docters. Special both narrow and wide, ensure uniform cooling and prevent crack formation. Saw bodies are also available with continuous periphery. Steel centres from low carbon steel with lower hardness are also made for laser welding of diamond segments.
Saw bodies for TCT circular saws are also available in the above sizes. Both these products are highly qualitym, high performance products made to close dimensional toleraces

Manufacture:Made from high quality alloy steel. The teeth are specially milled and the saw is precisely hardened, hollow ground, straitened and tensioned skilled technicians to suit its usage at high sppeds.
Cutting billets, blooms, rails, profiles, heavy section in hot conditions at temperatures above 700 C.
Manufacture:Made from special steel. These saws are custom built to customers specifications and drawings. The teeth are precisely indexed and milled the cutting angles of the teeth are maintained depending upon the type of machine and the cutting application. The teeth are then induction hardened. The saws are precision ground and dynamically balanced.
