Although the 121 is small in size, it has a very efficient mechanism, giving it a powerful performance. It has been designed for use on residential or light commercial interior hollow core wooden doors i.e. electrical cupboards, storeroom and office doors. The 121 is not recommended for use on exterior door applications.The 121 is available as either a strength 3 or 4 closer to suit the most popular range of door sizes. Door closing is hydraulically controlled, with regulators to give the desired speed of closing. The 121 has a precision rack and pinion mechanism, with hydraulic back check and is easily mounted to the surface of door or the top jamb.

Fire Cable Barriersare to maintain the functionality of electrical cables during a fire exposure.

The electrical cables are placed within a fire resistive barrier. It is suitable for all types of electrical & mechanical penetrations through walls/ floor/ under panels and trenches.

Cable Fire Barrier is a cementatious compound mixed with fire insulation and water at site that can be applied by hand trawling to provide an effective Fire, smoke & gas tight Fire Barrier.

It is manufactured as per Indian & International standards i.e. IS 12458-1988, BS:476Part 20 and tested in-house for 4 hours Fire Rating at furnace temp. of 1100 degree C while the maximum temperature on unexposed face being 94 degree C that means it is fully insulated.

Fire Rated & Wire Glass creates a barrier to smoke & flames that ordinary glass can't. When heated beyond 250F, normal glass will break and allow easy access for smoke and fire to spread. Fire-rated glass has been tested in conditions where the temperature may exceed 1, 000F. Fire-rated glass that has passed that kind of testing will remain intact and restrict the expansion of the fire.

Typically, fire-rated glass is used instead of ordinary window glass in corridors, lobbies, stairwells and other areas of a building that could serve as an escape route during a fire.

Wired Glass is a criss-cross (Square or Diamond Mesh) wire pattern in the glass. The wire is embedded in the glass to hold it in place during a fire.

The Wired glass offered is from Pilkington UK and Central Glass Co and it stands fire rating for Integrity & Stability only depending on the Framing Arrangement. We also offer clear fire rated glass from Saint Gobain Glass and Schott Glass. These Glasses are available in various thickness depending upon the type of rating and insulation required. As per National Building Code of India 2016, the Fire Door shall have minimum 20 minutes insulation. These glasses are suitable for Glazed Fire Doors having 120 minutes integrity and stability with 20 minutes insulation. Various thicknesses i.e. 10 mm, 11 mm, 13 mm, 14 mm are available.
It is very important to have the correct system of framing the Fire Rated Glasses. The complete system together i.e.glass with intumescent seal/Gasket decides the performance of Fire Rating of Glazed Fire Rated Partitions and Glazed Fire Doors

In the event of Fire people panic and normal Door Locks handles and levers are not operable. The exit panic doors do an excellent job of both securing a building and providing a safe way out in an emergency. Panic exit hardware is sprayed silver and stoved for improved durability.

Panic bars are installed on exit doors for extra security and safe passage for crowd in panic. These doors are normally closed and at the time of emergency the doors can be opened by pressing the Panic Bar. On the other side either no access or access with key is provided for security. Whereas access from inside to outside is available even if the Panic bar is locked from outside.

We have a range of push bar devices available i.e. cross bar and touch bar type. The range of push bar devices are designed to suit single and double door applications. It can be used on aluminium, hollow metal, glazed doors or wood swinging commercial doors. Available as rim and surface mounted vertical panic bolt devices. Each model is operated by a horizontal push bar, which when pushed in a downward arc withdraws either the bolts or latch, releasing the door for immediate escape in the event of an emergency.
All push bars have been designed and tested for exterior use, including wet and polluted environments.

Enhanced security can be provided in Exit doors by installing Panic bars with alarm. Pressing the panic bar sets off the alarm.

Instrumescent Sealsare those which expand (or intumesce) to several times their original size when activated by high temperatures. This action prevents the spread of flames and smoke from the fire affected area to other parts of a building.

Intumescent seals are available with or without a cold smoke seal in the form of a rubber gasket. The smokeseals provide a permanent barrier to smoke, acoustic and thermal applications and are particularly important as smoke travels faster and further than fire itself.

The seals are supplied with / without a self-adhesive backing tape as standard to facilitate quick and easy fitting. The seals are available mostly in black colour but can also be made available in a choice of colours to suit your requirements or blend with decor.
