The NR10 Neapolitan wrapping machine has been developed specifically to wrap small square and rectangular chocolates in fold wrap style, with or without band. The Neapolitan wrapping machine has been designed to use either single or double wrappers. The outer paper is taken from a stack of pre-cut labels rather than the more common reel-fed systems. By using pre-printed labels, the chocolate manufacturer can pack small quantities of product, which is particularly useful for the smaller volume clients such as marketing promotions, corporate gifts etc.As a result of its modular construction, the Neapolitan wrapping machine can be quickly and easily size-changed at a very reasonable cost. Chocolate Moulding Machine

The BR46 batch roller has been updated with new features on the unit, which have improved the access to the machine, assuring cleaning is easier and less time consuming. The BR46 batch roller machine has increased capacity too 100kg (un-pulled). We also still supply our 70kg batch rollers for smaller capacities. Heaters have been conveniently positioned in the side of the machine to prevent build-up of debris and to allow easy cleaning and replacement.The BR46RS68 combination can form part of a complete A.M.P Rose hard candy forming line, or be arranged as part of a line with the 750, ICW, ELW and Super 42HS range of cut and wrap machines. The machines can be supplied in left-to-right or right-to-left configurations, with the feed and discharge heights to suit the Clients requirements. Adjustable feet are fitted to both machines for minor height adjustments and levelling. The Batch Roller and Rope Sizer can also be supplied as separate machines for use in any other confectionery application.
