Metalized CPP Films   Metalized CPP film / High barrier Metalized CPP Film with Plasma. Metalized CPP Film Suitable for Nitrogen Flushing.         Metalized CPP film is both sides heat sealable with once-side corona treated; metalized film as compared to aluminum foil as barrier film for laminated products has almost the same characteristics of foil and cheaper in price. Used as lamination substrates for chips snack, confectionary products and other packaging materials. The normal thickness range in this grade varies from 20 to 60 microns. It is normally laminated to BOPP or Polyester either plain or printed . PLASMA METALLISED CPP FILM Plasma Metalized CPP film laminated/Extrusion coated to Printed or Plain Polyester/BOPP is used for Deep Fried Dry Snacks as it provides better OTR/MVTR properties compared to normal Metalized films. End Uses :  Cakes, Biscuits, Boiled sugar confectionaries, Noodles, Spices etc...

White Opaque CPP Films   White opaque CPP film suitable for thermoforming High barrier CPP film for Easy Peel applications CPP synthetic like paper white opaque film for writable Applications White Opaque CPP film for high speed candy & printing applications.   Normally 20-60 micron thickness is used for white opaque films in combination of either BOPP or Polyester films, both in printed as well as Plain form End uses include, Biscuits, Confectionaries, Noodles, Pastas Macaroni etc. HIGH SPEED OPAQUE CPP Mainly used for Candy over wrapping on superfast FFS machines with @ speed of 1600 shots/min. Thickness preferred is 20 to 40 microns. It is laminated to reverse printed plain polyester for the said application.
