It has excellent flexibility, good abrasion & cut through resistance, working temperaturefrom -50 C to +260 C, high dielectric strength minimum 4kV onwards and good compatibility with impregnating resins. It is available from diameter 1mm to 25mm.
It consist of Epoxy resin coated on Nomex* Paper. Available for CLASS F & H applications. It is used in interturn insulation of poles of field coil in Synchronous/DC machine, Dry type/HVDC transformers.
We provide a wide range of Silicone coated tapes on different substrates like Glass and Nomex*. These tapes are available in fully cured (C-stage) or B-stage. The provide outstanding temperature resistance and high voltage properties. It is used in applications like slot insulations and interturn insulations.
For taping of overhang of stator coil of high voltage machine. It allows resin to penetrate through it during pressure cycle of VPI impregnation but restricts back flow (run off) during subsequent operations. Further during the curing Polyester film and fibre shrink to maximum permissible limits to provide fully consolidated over-hang insulation.
It is used for bracing of form wound rotating machine end winding (motor and generators). It forms a very strong solid ring which restricts movements of end winding of stator of form wound machine.

It is a modified Epoxy based air drying anti tracking finishing varnish of temperatureCLASS F. It contains specially selected heat resistant red pigment. It provides excellent moisture resistance, track resistance and resistance to organic chemicals. It is recommended as finishing varnish for Traction Motors, Large Electric Machine and Turbo Generators and Insulators.
It consist of fibreglass fabric coated with different temperature class of Varnishes i.e. polyurethanes or silicones. It is used for CLASS F & H applications.
