THE TAPER BUSH PULLEYS ARE MANUFACTURED IN STATE OF ART TECHNOLOGY MANUFACTURING PLANT ON PRECISION CNC MACHINES.
Taper Bush Pulley eliminates re-boring and key way problems, since each pulley need not be finished according to different bore and key way requirements. With the help of Taper Bushes, changes in the diameter and position of pulleys are easily made. The Taper Bush Pulleys are therefore ideally suited for wide range of application in the entire field of drive technology.
All Taper Bush Pulleys are made from superior quality Cast Iron in over 400 standard sizes . TBP confirm to IS and ISO groove specifications and standard sizes can transmit up to 330 HP of Power at 1440 RPM.
Dual duty grooves conforming to ISO Specifications to perfectly match classical 'V' and SpaceSaver Wedge section belts.
TAPER BUSHUsing Taper Bushes, it is possible for unskilled labor to achieve 'shrink fit' of pulleys on to shafts using a hexagon wrench only. The arrangement of half threaded holes and longitudinally split tapered bushes ensure maximum grip and fast, easy fitting. Tightening of the screws into the threaded holes in the hub forces the bush in to the taper bored components, thereby effectively contracting the bore of the taper bush until the equivalent of a shrink fit obtained. Taper bushes are suitable for metric shafts and can also be supplied with imperial bores and keyways.

It is also used in various other industries where corrsion occures in pipe line such as sugar industry etc.
Mill sanitation is an important step in the sugar manufacturing process. Certain bacteria like leuconostoc can lead to sucrose loss in the juice by inversion besides slime formation and bad odour.
Use of mill sanitation chemicals is impaired due to lack of proper methodology to evaluate its cost - benefits to the factory. Purity drop method is incorrect, reducing sugar rise from primary juice to mixed juice is time consuming besides being prone to sampling errors. Since there is large variation in cane quality, juice composition; proper composite sampling with juice preservative is crucial. Such analysis, even carried accurately, do not indicate the upstream effect which are likely to be exerted by good biocide.
It is known thatbiocides capable of killing microbes including thermophilic bacteriain cane juice within shortest possible time will control microbial inversion and acid formation in every stage of sugar manufacturing process. The analysis of invert sugars and molasses was carried out and it was found that use of proper biocide for mill sanitation do reflect in the analysis of final molasses.When biocide capable of killing microbes in cane juice is applied for mill sanitation, there is steady but small rise in invert sugar % brix and titrable acidity % brix between every stage of sugar processing. Titrable acidity and invert sugar per 100 brix of final molasses was much lower when Dew mill sanitation chemical is used and the difference is substantial and can be used to evaluate saving of sugar loss from microbial inversion.
Dew mill sanitation biocides prevent purity drop in the cane juice due to sucrose loss by inversion and also helps in controlling slime and bad odour.
These are specifically developed organic biocides for improved sanitation/hygiene in sugarcane juice and sugar mills. These are vastly superior to conventional chemicals lime ammonium bifluoride, bleaching powder and other halogen compounds.
