The Elbow Connectors 25 kV-250, 400 & 630 amps Shielded Connector is shielded and insulated termination, rated 250, 400 & 630 amps upto 24 kV, conected with underground cable ranging from 25 to 400mm2 (conductor cross section). Meets requirements of DIN 47636 standard.

Elbow Connectors 24 kV - 250, 400 & 630 amps Shielded Connectors are molded using high quality peroxide-cured EPDM insulation. It is used to terminate high quality voltage underground cable to switchgear, RMU and 250, 400 & 630 amps junctions equipped with deadbreak bushing. Shielded Fore-Connectors are designed for usage on solid dielectric cable (XLPE or EPR). In order to provide more cable branch circuits, the shielded fore connectors can be connected with the 24 kV - 250, 400 & 630 Shielded type Sub- Connector.

The typical lightning surge arrester has a high-voltage terminal and a ground terminal. When a lightning surge (or switching surge, which is very similar) travels along the power line to the arrester, the current from the surge is diverted through the arrestor, in to earth.

Our lightning surge arresters are Gapless metal-oxide type, consist of Zinc-oxide Varistors, FRP Core and Silicone Housing.

The Polymer Air Break Switch is gang operated and outdoor Type. The main Application of this product is to isolate the Transformer, Overhead lines, System or Cables from distribution network.

Our Polymer Air Break Switch have Two Pole/Triple pole construction and suitable for Vertical / Horizontal mounting. Each pole consist of galvanised steel base, Polymeric Post insulators, Self aligning type contacts made of hard drawn electrolytic copper/heavily tinned .The various parts accordingly finished to ensure interchangeability of similar components. Flexible braided tape is of EC grade tin plated copper of appropriate size to complete the current path from moving contact to fix contact.

Polymeric Drop Out Fuse (Solid Core) are manufactured using highly conductive copper alloy. These current limiting fuses are installed at high voltage and are used to provide protection when the trouble is consistent

Our Drop out expulsion type fuse cut outs suitable for installation in 50Hz, 11KV distribution system for protection of H. T. lines and transformer centers Tap lines.

The Drop out fuse set has single pole construction. Each pole consist of Polymeric insulators, all current carrying parts made of a highly conductive copper alloy and the contact portion are silver plated for corrosion resistance and efficient current flow & the fuse tube made of fiber glass coated with ultraviolet inhibitor on the outer surface and having arc quenching bone fiber liner inside.
