Barium sulfate is also called as Blanc Fixe, a French word meaning ‘permanent white’. Basofix® (Blanc Fixe) is chemically synthetic Barium Sulphate with surface modified. Its snow white colour imparts excellent shade and brightness to the end product. Ultra fine Barium Sulphate particles of Basofix act as a spacer for prime pigments and hence contribute to the hiding with very high gloss in end application.

GLAZEX 90® is an extremely fine grade of calcined kaolin with exceptional opacifying properties. GLAZEX 90® is produced by a multi stage refining process through High Gradient magnetic separator under controlled computerized process system ensuring extreme low levels of HMC. Glazex 90® calcined kaolin improves the opacity, reduces TiO2 level in emulsion paints and it can be used towards substantial replacement for synthetic aluminum silicate opacifiers without any loss in dry film properties and also has the advantage over that of general synthetic aluminum silicates in providing lower paint viscosity.

New generation synthetic aluminium silicate pigment – Alsil ZX is developed specifically for coating industry to act as a spacer for Titanium Dioxide. Alsil ZX, a white opacifier pigment extender, helps to disperse or spaces prime pigment and enhance optical scattering efficiency with sheen and provide micro-homogeneity of the paint film. Snow white colour of Alsil ZX imparts high brightness, excellent white shade.

Low Molecular Polyethylene Wax is used as a matting wax and processing aid for hard to disperse pigments. This matt wax is also used as fillers in powder coatings, paints and printing ink. Fastflow PS matt wax provides lubricity and increases the processing capability of the extruder to i ts optimum level of performance. Fast Flow PS, a low density polyethylene wax increases the surface protection and scratch resistance.
