Tubular heater elements and flat Firebar elements are designed primarily for direct immersion in liquids such as water, oils, solvents and process solutions, molten materials as well as air and gases. By generating all the heat within the liquid or process, these heaters are virtually 100 percent energy efficient. These versatile heaters can also be formed and shaped into various geometries for radiant heating and contact surface heating applications.

Flanged Immersion Heaters are designed for use in tanks and pressurized vessels to heat both liquids and gases. They mate to a companion flange that is either welded to a tank wall or, for circulating type heaters, to a pipe.

Applications :

• Suitable for 55 gallon drums where it is desirable to be able to remove the heater for inspection or inserting into another drum. Standard with Stainless steel 316 sheath material, heater may be used to heat many different types of fluids.
