Indications :

• Primary Nocturnal Enuresis / Nocturia

• Overactive Bladder Syndrome

• Central Cranial Diabetes Insipidus

• Managment of polyuria and polydipsia

• (Following head trauma or surgery in the pituitary region)

Dosage :

• Central Diabetes Insipidus :

  • Adult : Initial dose is 0.05mg BD & Optimal dose is 0.1-0.8mg/day.

  • Paediatric (4 yrs. & older) : 0.05mg per day.

• Primary Nocturnal Enuresis :

  • Adult : Initial dose is 0.2mg/day & Optimal dose is 0.6mg/day.

  • Paediatric (6yrs. & older) : 0.2mg - 0.6mg per day.

  • Renally Impaired Patients : Not recommended in those patient whose CrCl below 50ml/min.
